应用尿激酶（１．７万ｕ／ｋｇ）及前列腺素Ｅ１静脉溶栓治疗３５例急性心肌梗塞，以评价其疗效和安全性。溶栓治疗时间＜６小时２０例（５７％），６～１２小时１５例（４３％）。根据临床血管再通指标判断溶栓治疗再通治疗率为６６％（２３／３５）。副作用为低血压（４例），轻度出血倾向（２２．８％）及局部静脉发红、疼痛，未发生脑出血或严重内脏出血。临床观察证明尿激酶及前列腺素Ｅ１联合应用，可提高溶栓效果及减少其副作用。
Thirty-five patients with acute myocardial infarction were treated with urokinase (17 000 u / kg) and prostaglandin E1 intravenous thrombolysis to evaluate their efficacy and safety. Thrombolytic therapy time <6 hours in 20 cases (57%), 6 ~ 12 hours in 15 cases (43%). According to the index of clinical vascular recanalization, thrombolysis treatment rate was 66% (23/35). Side effects of hypotension (4 cases), mild bleeding tendency (22.8%) and local vein redness, pain, no cerebral hemorrhage or severe visceral bleeding. Clinical observation shows that urokinase and prostaglandin E1 combined application, can improve the thrombolytic effect and reduce its side effects.
