1990年,法国政府重新强调了科研的重要性。民用研究预算(除国防部外,涉及所有的部)增加了7.1％,总共为453.5亿法郎。研究工作的重点是加强科学研究部门的管理措施,使科研计划和机构适应社会的发展。
In 1990, the French government re-emphasized the importance of scientific research. Civilian research budgets (all ministries except the Ministry of Defense) have increased by 7.1% to a total of 45.35 billion francs. The emphasis of the research work is to strengthen the management measures of scientific research departments so that scientific research plans and institutions can adapt to the development of society.
