密豆双皮奶原料:全脂牛奶1袋(约485毫升),蜜豆45克,鸡蛋3个,香草精3毫升,白糖30克。制作过程: 1.将鸡蛋的蛋白打入碗中,搅散备用。2.将牛奶煮开,倒入碗中,待其自然冷却后缓缓倒回锅中,使一层奶皮留在碗底。注意,尽量不要将奶皮移动或弄破。
