外贸企业属于高风险行业,由于外贸企业业务经营活动的特殊性,信用风险已成为外贸企业面临的最主要的风险之一。许多外贸企业财务状况恶化乃至倒闭都是缘于存在大量的呆账、坏账,切实加强信用风险管理已成为我国外贸企业的当务之急。本文从外贸企业信用风险产生的原因分析入手结合发达国家相关经验对我国外贸企业如何规避信用风险提出了相应措施。
Foreign trade enterprises are high-risk industries. Due to the particularity of foreign trade enterprises’ business operations, credit risk has become one of the most important risks facing foreign trade enterprises. The deterioration of the financial position of many foreign trade enterprises and even the collapse of the bank are due to the existence of a large number of bad debts and bad debts. The effective credit risk management has become a top priority for China’s foreign trade enterprises. Based on the analysis of the reasons for the credit risk of foreign trade enterprises, this article starts with the relevant experience of developed countries and puts forward the corresponding measures to our country’s foreign trade enterprises on how to avoid credit risk.
