In order to thoroughly implement the Fourth Plenary Session of the 18th CPC Central Committee, The “Decision of the CPC Central Committee and the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Major Issues in Promoting Ruling the country by Law” passed by the Plenum, and further effectively implement the “Notice of the State Council on Issuing the Outline of Implementing the Summary of the Legal Administration According to Law”
