本刊是由上海市总工会主管、上海工会管理职业学院主办、在国内外公开发行的、以工会工作和劳动关系研究为主的社科类刊物。本刊自2003年连续五届被评为上海市优秀学报,2006年和2010年连续两届被评为全国优秀社科学报,2008年和2013年两次被评为全国高职成高核心期刊,2009年和2011年获得上海市新闻出版局编校质量优秀奖,2010年和2012年连续两届被评为全国高职成高十佳学报,2014年被评为全国高校优秀社科
