利用新型间歇浸没式生物反应系统(TIBs)对2个甘蔗品种ROC16和ROC22的脱毒苗进行快繁研究,在培养基配方、接种数量、蔗糖浓度及品种差异等方面进行筛选和比较。结果表明,利用该系统,ROC16增殖率达40倍,每瓶生产组培苗800株苗左右;ROC22增殖率为30倍,每瓶苗的数量达400~600株。该研究为间歇浸没式生物反应系统应用于组培快繁提供了依据。
The virus-free seedlings of two sugar cane varieties ROC16 and ROC22 were rapidly propagated using the new batch-type immersion biological reaction system (TIBs), and the screening and comparison were made on the medium formula, inoculum size, sucrose concentration and variety differences. The results showed that using this system, ROC16 proliferation rate of 40 times, producing 800 seedlings of tissue culture per bottle; ROC22 proliferation rate of 30 times, the number of bottles per bottle of 400 to 600. This study provided a basis for the application of intermittent biological reaction system to tissue culture and propagation.
