为了探讨留叶枝是否在长江流域具有可行性以及与缩节胺(DPC)配合对棉花的影响,试验于2011-2012年在湖北省鄂州市路口农场进行,研究了整枝方式与缩节胺处理对棉花的农艺性状、果枝成铃特性、干物质积累特性、棉花子指、籽棉和皮棉产量以及纤维品质的影响。试验所用品种为转基因抗虫棉一华杂棉H318,两年试验设计均为双因素裂区试验设计,两因素为缩节胺处理和整枝操作,其中所用药剂为市售缩节胺,整枝方式指去叶
