本文是我院男排在参赛前部分身体测量、专项素质测定和定量负荷后心率、血尿素、血乳酸的测试比较及全日尿肌酐的测定、系统跟踪Hb含量。结果表明:体院队的弹跳素质和腰背力达较高水平,但身高较矮、体脂百分比较大、去脂体重较轻;定量负荷后血乳酸水平较高,而血尿素变化不大,且次日晨恢复至常值;总体Hb含量偏低;高能磷酸原中上水平。因此,加大运动量、强化速度、力量的耐力训练与增加膳食蛋白质和铁素供给量相结合是稳定和提高训练水平的关键因素。

Therefore, to increase the amount of exercise, speed, strength of endurance training and increase the supply of dietary protein and ferrite is the key factor to stabilize and improve training levels.
