本文分析了交流偏磁音频记录中磁芯的饱和问题。利用磁芯的饱和磁通密度B_m、缝隙宽度g、磁带矫顽力H_c和磁带涂层厚度δ求得一个近似的关系表达式,使用此式可以满意地防止录音头饱和。文中用各种不同的B_m、g、H_c和δ值对此公式进行实验验证。
This article analyzes the saturation of a magnetic core in AC bias magnetic recording. Using the saturation flux density B_m of the magnetic core, the gap width g, the coercive force H_c of the magnetic tape and the thickness δ of the magnetic tape, an approximate relational expression is obtained. Saturation of the head can be satisfactorily prevented by using this formula. In this paper, various formulas of B_m, g, H_c and δ are validated experimentally.
