在满天星的组织培养中 ,适宜的芽增殖培养基为MS + 6BA 0 .5mg/L +NAA 0 .3mg/L ,增殖率可达到 6n(n为扩繁次数 ) ;适宜的生根培养基为 1/ 2MS + 6BA 1mg/L ,生根率可达 90 %～ 95 %。研究结果表明 :在芽的诱导及生根过程中激素浓度配比起关键作用。用白糖代替蔗糖对满足组培苗碳源要求影响不大。
In the tissue culture of Gypsophila meloe, the appropriate bud proliferation medium is MS + 6BA 0.5mg / L + NAA 0.3mg / L, the proliferation rate can reach 6n (n is the number of propagation); suitable rooting medium 1 / 2MS + 6BA 1mg / L, rooting rate of up to 90% to 95%. The results showed that hormone concentration in shoot induction and rooting process plays a key role. Sugar instead of sucrose to meet the requirements of tissue culture seedlings little effect on carbon source.
