创新,是现在大家说的最多的词汇。不论是企业的管理、产品的开发等,都离不开创新这个词汇。随着社会的不断发展,对人才要求的不断提高,教育也要不断地创新,培养出符合时代发展的优秀人才,更好地适应社会的需求。教学是一门饱含学问的艺术,作为教育者,在响应素质教育的同时,又要提高教学质量,保证教学成果。特别是初中阶段的学生,处于价值观逐步形成时期,学生头脑灵活,思维活跃,因此,初中阶段培养学生的创新性思维非常重要。
Innovation is the most common vocabulary that everybody says. Whether it is business management, product development, are inseparable from the innovation of the word. With the continuous development of the society, the demand for talent has been constantly raised. Education should also be continuously innovated to cultivate talented people who are in line with the development of the times and to better meet the needs of the society. Teaching is an art full of knowledge, as educators, in response to quality education at the same time, but also improve the quality of teaching, to ensure teaching results. Especially junior high school students, in the gradual formation of the values of the period, the students flexible mind, active thinking, therefore, junior high school students develop innovative thinking is very important.
