我国的社会发展进入了一个新时期,追求和谐、公正是时代的主流。然而,社会公德作为社会的基础性道德,它的建设在实践中却是一个难题。究其原因,其一,在社会公共生活领域里,人们心理上的道德压力较弱;其二,传统文化和我国特殊历史经历对人们社会公德的意识有着不小的消极作用。因此,必需从制度化和文化建设两个方面着手,有效地解决这个难题。
Our country’s social development has entered a new era, the pursuit of harmony and justice is the mainstream of the times. However, as a basic social morals, its social construction is a difficult problem in practice. First, in the field of social public life, people’s psychological pressure on morality is weak. Second, traditional culture and the special historical experience of China have a negative effect on people’s awareness of social morality. Therefore, it is necessary to proceed from the two aspects of institutionalization and cultural construction in order to effectively solve this difficult problem.
