10月9日,国家知识产权局与省人民政府在成都签署共建国家知识产权局专利局专利审查协作四川中心合作框架协议。国家知识产权局局长田力普,省委副书记、省长魏宏分别代表双方签约。四川中心是目前国家知识产权局布局在西部唯一一个专利审查协作中心。中心将建在天府新区核心区,总投资约12亿元,2018年建成后,年审查发明专利申请能力将达到11万件。中心的建设将壮大国家知识产权局专利局专利审查队伍,有力提升四川、西部地区知识产权服务
On October 9, the State Intellectual Property Office and the Provincial People's Government signed a cooperation framework agreement for the cooperation of Sichuan Patent Office for Patent Examination of the Patent Office of the State Intellectual Property Office in Chengdu. State Intellectual Property Office Tian Lipu, deputy secretary of provincial Party committee, governor Wei Hong, respectively, on behalf of both parties signed. Sichuan Center is the only one patent examination and coordination center in the western part of the State Intellectual Property Office. The center will be built in the core area of Tianfu New District with a total investment of about 1.2 billion yuan. After its completion in 2018, the annual patent examination and invention patent application capacity will reach 110,000 pieces. The construction of the center will strengthen the Patent Examination Team of the Patent Office of the State Intellectual Property Office and effectively enhance the intellectual property services in Sichuan and western regions
