当今时代是一个文化经济竞争、文化交汇融合、文化差异冲突三者并存的时代。经济全球化不可能导致文化全球化。文化冲突论的根本立意和基本观点是错误的。文化多元化的主张符合世界文化发展潮流。主流与非主流文化主要以价值观区分,世界文化是由多元的主流文化和先进文化构成的集合体,各国文化产业内容规制如果充分发挥自己主流文化中的先进元素,世界就会更加美好。我们要重视文化产业内容规制,坚持社会主义核心价值观这一先进文化精髓,坚持中国特色社会主义理论对文化建设的指导地位。我们要通过深化文化体制改革,完善文化法律法规体系,切实维护好文化市场秩序,确保国家文化安全。
Today’s era is an era where cultural and economic competition, cultural convergence and cultural differences and conflicts coexist. Economic globalization can not lead to cultural globalization. The basic conception and basic viewpoint of cultural conflict theory are wrong. The idea of cultural pluralism conforms to the trend of world cultural development. Mainstream and non-mainstream cultures are mainly differentiated by values. World culture is a collection of diverse mainstream and advanced cultures. If the content regulation of cultural industries in all countries gives full scope to the advanced elements in their own mainstream culture, the world will be even more beautiful. We must attach importance to the regulation of the content of cultural industries, adhere to the advanced cultural essence of the socialist core values and uphold the guiding position of the theory of socialism with Chinese characteristics on cultural construction. We must improve the cultural laws and regulations through deepening the reform of the cultural system, earnestly safeguard the order of cultural markets and ensure the safety of our country’s culture.
