决策是人类社会所固有的行为,小至个人生活,大至治国安邦,都存在着决策问题。在我国悠久的历史长河中,就有许多成功决策的案例。在21世纪,决策活动更是体现在生活中各个领域,合理、成功的决策将推动社会的稳步发展,反之则可能给社会带来沉重的负担。而我们要采取正确的且是最优化的决策要怎么做,就成为我们研究的主要问题。本文主要研究非确定决策,非确定型决策从不确定型决策和风险型决策来分别探讨。主要介绍了不确定型决策和风险型决策的决策的定义及解决方法。
Decision-making is an inherent behavior of human society. As small as personal life, ranging from governance to security, there are problems of decision-making. In the long history of our country, there are many cases of successful decisions. In the 21st century, decision-making activities are embodied in all areas of life. Reasonable and successful decisions will promote the steady development of the society, and vice versa may cause a heavy burden on the community. And what we should do to make the right and most optimal decisions becomes the main issue of our research. This paper mainly studies the non-deterministic and non-deterministic models respectively from the uncertain model and the risk model. This paper mainly introduces the definition and solution of decision-making of uncertain decision-making and risk-based decision making.
