“以学生为主体,以教师为主导”是我们常挂在嘴边的一句话。以学生为主体,就是在课堂上,在教师的积极引导下,学生进行充分地自主学习、自主探究、自主实践,以达到学会新知、运用新知的一种教育思想。而教师的“导”绝不是简简单单地领着学生去逐一地生搬硬套教材中的知识点,而是要有计划、有目的地引导学生循序渐进的,又能有所侧重的去理解知识,进而达到能灵活运用的程度。我们常说,讲课是一种艺术,其实,引导同样是一种艺术,或者说,是一种比讲课的艺术更为精深的艺术。
