华东地区乡镇工业虽发展较快,但能源管理及能源利用状况相对薄弱。作者通过对通皋带钢厂能源利用状况调查。在测算和分析的基础上,指出该厂在热能利用方面尚有很大潜力并提出相应的改进措施。
Although the development of township and town industries in East China is rapid, energy management and energy utilization are relatively weak. The author through the Tonggao strip steel plant energy utilization survey. On the basis of measurement and analysis, it is pointed out that the plant has great potential in the utilization of thermal energy and proposes corresponding improvement measures.
