充分利用高频电能集肤效应的优势,焊接煤矿专用钻头,有利于产品质量、劳动效率的提高和劳动条件的改善。我们应用了这项新技术,在枣庄矿务局各煤矿使用,一年内共焊接电煤钻头一万多只,风钻头一万三千多只,由于焊层牢固,延长了寿命,深受工人欢迎。实践证明,高频焊接新技术在煤矿的应用有着广泛的发展前途。一、结构原理煤矿专用钻头高频焊接技术的结构原理,简单地说是将工业三相工频380V交流电源经过可控硅调压和整流变压器升压,再通过高压硅整流和电子管振荡,变成250kHz的高频交流电能,充分利用电流集肤的特性,达到负载(钻头)感应焊接的目的。详见高频感应焊接工作原理方框图如图1。
