在深圳,越来越多新创立的IC公司都想进驻深圳IC设计产业化基地,因为“基地的氛围好”,那里不仅有齐全的配套设施,还有面向市场的公平、公开竞争环境,更有斗志昂扬的创业激情,是IC创业英雄的聚集地。许多不景气的IC公司在入驻基地之后,焕发生机,蓬勃发展。除深圳之外,还有北京、上海等7处IC设计产业化基地,这些于2000年先后建立起来的产业化基地,寄托了IC产业界的光荣与梦想。不同的基地,由于投资环境和创业群体的不同,而拥有不一样的产业梦想。北京、上海、深圳,作为中国最具规模的3大基地,凭借各有千秋的特色,在IC产业链上扮演着不同的角色。走进第七个年头的这些基地,他们在怎样实现各自的产业梦?
