上海法租界设立于 1 84 9年。 1 86 0年法国驻沪领事爱棠提出扩界要求 ,由此引起中法之间的外交交涉。对于此次扩界 ,有关档案资料 ,已有记载。熊月之先生在台北访档期间 ,发现台北中央研究院近代史所档案馆所藏《钦命总理各国事务衙门清档》中有《江苏法人租地案》一卷 ,其中有1 2件档案资料与此案有关。除 1份已有录载外 ,余皆为前所未见 ,这对研究早期上海租界史具有重要参考价值。有关具体研究情况请参见本期“珍档秘闻”栏目所载熊月之先生“上海法租界第一次扩界档案解析”。台北中研院近代史研究所档案馆所藏“江苏法人租地案”档案卷宗号为第 6 2函第 6 2宗第 1号 ,名称是《江苏法人租地案》,由上海社会科学院历史所熊月之先生整理提供刊布。
Shanghai French Concession was established in 1894. In January 2006, France’s Consulate General in Shanghai, Aidang, raised the requirement of expanding the boundary, thus giving rise to diplomatic representations between China and France.
