北大方正是印刷出版行业应用最为广泛的电子出版系统,但其小样和大样文件都不能直接在网上浏览。为了解决方正小样向超文本的过渡问题,特别是大多数编辑部迫切需要进行中英文摘要上网的现实要求,作者在对方正注解与超文本语言元素、属性进行分析的基础上,利用VB语言开发了将方正文本小样转换成超文本格式的程序。这一程序除能完成60多种版面控制类注解的转换外,还能实现图片类注解的转换。它是目前解决期刊摘要上网的一条切实可行的途径。
