目的探讨老年急性胆囊炎微创治疗中配合护理实施的效果。方法选择2013年5月至2016年6月到我院采取微创治疗老年急性胆囊炎的100例患者为本次研究的对象,将患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例患者。给予对照组患者常规护理,观察组患者给予全程优质的人性化护理,观察两组患者的临床疗效和护理效果。结果研究结果显示,观察组患者在手术时间、住院时间和住院花费方面的数据都明显低于对照组患者,两组数据对比差异显著,有统计学意义。另外,观察组患者的护理满意度也明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论在对老年急性胆囊炎患者进行微创治疗的过程中,采取全程优质人性化护理措施,不但能使患者的护理满意度提高,还能缩短缩短手术时间和住院时间,同时还能节省住院费用。因而,老年急性胆囊炎微创治疗配合人性化护理措施的方法,值得在临床上进行推广。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention in minimally invasive treatment of senile acute cholecystitis. Methods One hundred patients with minimally invasive treatment of senile acute cholecystitis admitted to our hospital from May 2013 to June 2016 were selected as the object of this study. The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 patients in each group . The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care. The patients in the observation group were given good humane nursing care throughout the whole process. The clinical efficacy and nursing effect were observed in both groups. Results The study showed that the data of the observation group in operation time, hospitalization time and hospitalization cost were significantly lower than those in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups with statistically significant. In addition, the satisfaction rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05), which was statistically significant. Conclusion In the course of minimally invasive treatment of elderly patients with acute cholecystitis, taking the whole process of high-quality humanized nursing measures can not only improve patient satisfaction, but also shorten the operation time and hospitalization time while saving hospitalization costs . Therefore, minimally invasive treatment of acute cholecystitis in elderly patients with methods of human nursing care measures, it is worth in the clinical promotion.
