我们知道,I~2C总线控制着许多电路调整和电路状态设置,因此当电路元器件正常时,应对I~2C总线故障的软件进行调整。下面提供几个检修笔录,供借鉴。例1 故障现象:一台TC—25GF10R彩电主、副画面均伴有“雪花点”干扰。分析检修:分析是高、中放通道增益下降所致,于是决定调整AGC电压来解决。查看随机电路图.发现该机采用I~2C总线控制系统。查阅资料得知,RF AGC1主画面和RF AGC2副画面电压的调整是微处理器通过I~2C总线进行的,其数据在出厂时已经设定,并存储在存储器中。于是先检查存储器存储的RF AGC1主画面和RF AGC2副画面的数据。具体方法是:把机器从正常工作方式转化行业方式,将音量控制设定为“0”,并按遥控器定时键,接着按机器上的音量调低键和遥控器上的重放键,按遥控器上的数字“2”键,则进入“CHK2”行业方式。发现RF AGC1主画面和RF AGC2副画面数据与出厂设定
