1.前 言 高炉煤粉喷吹的计量与控制主要包括两个方面,一是单位时间喷入高炉的总煤量;二是各风口的支管喷吹量。准确的计量和有效地控制喷煤量,对改进高炉操作,调剂热制度,降低燃料比,提高喷煤技术水平都具有重要意义,一些先进高炉在总量计量方面精度可达到总量程的±1%,但在我国也还有些高炉缺少准确的计量,有的甚至按罐(容积)或按枪数计量,不但很不准确,也不科学。目前在风口的单支管计量方面,已能比较准确地测定稀相浓度,而在质量流量方面,由于影响因素较多,误差较大,仍处于试验阶段,应用也不普遍。
1. Foreword Measurement and control of blast furnace pulverized coal injection mainly include two aspects, one is the total amount of coal sprayed into the blast furnace per unit time; Accurate measurement and effective control of coal injection quantity are of great significance for improving blast furnace operation, adjusting heat regime, reducing fuel ratio and raising the level of coal injection technology. Some advanced blast furnaces can achieve a total amount of ± 1%, but in our country there are still some lack of accurate measurement of the blast furnace, and some even measured by the tank (volume) or by the number of guns, not only is not accurate, nor science. At present, the measurement of single branch pipe in the tuyere has been able to determine the dilute phase concentration more accurately. However, due to the large number of factors and large errors in the mass flow, it is still in the experimental stage and its application is not universal.
