我厂加工的无刃切断刀呈薄片状,材料是T12A,具体规格如图1。要求硬度HRC55~58,平面变形度≤0.10mm。原工艺路线是:下料—锻造—等温退火—机械加工—热处理—精加工。原热处理工艺见图2。采用盐浴炉加热,装炉量是两卡具,每卡具20件。装卡情况见图3。工件淬火后,经清洗,上回火夹具(见图4),先稍加夹紧,放入箱式炉加热150~160℃×1h,取出再夹紧,然后放入硝盐炉中回火270~280℃×1h。原工艺处理结果:硬度HRC57~58,平面变形度超差件数量达1/3,变形量0.15~0.20mm。用反击法校直挽救,既费工、劳动强度又大、质量也不好,还会出现裂纹报废。
