[目的]探讨雄激素受体(AR)和Pax2在膀胱癌中的表达及与膀胱癌的侵袭、转移及预后的关系。[方法]用免疫组织化学SP法检测103例膀胱癌组织中AR和Pax2的表达。[结果]AR在103例膀胱癌肿瘤组织中有48例表达,阳性率为46.6%。AR的表达在膀胱癌不同的病理分级、T分期、远处转移及复发情况时差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Pax2在103例肿瘤组织中有49例阳性表达,阳性率为47.6%。Pax2在不同T分期、有无远处转移时差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Spearman等级相关分析表明Pax2和AR表达明显相关。[结论]AR及Pax2可能参与了膀胱癌的侵袭与转移,可作为预后判断因子,结合病理分级和T分期分析能提高对膀胱癌患者预后判断的准确性。
[Objective] To investigate the relationship between the expression of androgen receptor (AR) and Pax2 in bladder cancer and the invasion, metastasis and prognosis of bladder cancer. [Method] The immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of AR and Pax2 in 103 cases of bladder cancer. [Results] AR was expressed in 48 of 103 cases of bladder cancer and the positive rate was 46.6%. AR expression in bladder cancer different pathological grading, T staging, distant metastasis and recurrence difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Pax2 in 103 cases of tumor tissue, 49 cases were positive, the positive rate was 47.6%. Pax2 in different T stage, with or without distant metastasis difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that Pax2 and AR expression were significantly correlated. [Conclusion] AR and Pax2 may play an important role in the invasion and metastasis of bladder cancer, which can be used as prognostic factors. Combined with pathological grade and T stage analysis, AR and Pax2 can improve the prognosis of bladder cancer.
