应用圆形分布法研究了人群菌痢发病率与家蝇带菌率的季节特征以及二者的关系。结果显示人群菌痢发病的高峰日为7月29日,高峰期为4月17日~11月9日;家蝇带菌的高峰日为7月16日,高峰期为3月5日~11月26日。家蝇带菌高峰日比菌痢发病高峰日提前2周,前者的高峰期比后者提前1个月。提示家蝇带菌率高低是影响人群菌痢流行的因素之一。
The circular distribution method was used to study the seasonal characteristics of the incidence of dysentery in the population and the carriage rate of housefly and the relationship between the two. The results showed that the peak incidence of dysentery in the population was July 29, the peak was April 17 to November 9; the peak day for housefly carriage was July 16 and the peak was March 5 to November 26th Musca domestica peak than dysentery incidence peak day two weeks earlier, the former peaked one month earlier than the latter. This suggests that the incidence of housefly infection is one of the factors affecting the prevalence of bacillary dysentery in the population.
