中国硅酸盐学会特陶专业委员会、中国电子学会电子元件专业学会第二届学术年会于1984年10月11—16日在杭州联合召开.参加会议的有来自全国17个省市104个有关科研、院校和工厂的210名代表,其中高工、副研、副教授以上的有40人;工程师、讲师以上的有145人.国家科委新技术局和中国硅酸盐学会派代表参加了会议.浙江省徐起超副省长出席了开幕式并讲了话.出席开幕式的还有浙江省、杭州市的有关领导.
