慢性肺心病由于长期缺氧导致继发性红细胞增多、血液粘度增高。抗感染、肝素治疗、活血化瘀中药均可改善血液流变学及临床症状,但也有报告这些治疗对降低红细胞压积疗效不显。静脉放血术是一种古老的降低血粘度方法,对治疗肺心病有一定疗效。我院1983年4月至85年4月,用放血疗法治疗肺心病49例共80次,报告于后。对象及方法一、对象:均为1983年4月至85年4月住院的肺心病患者,诊断按1977年全国第二次肺心病会议制定的标准。49例中男39例、女10例,平均年龄58岁一;病情分级:重型31例,中型15例,其件,合并肺脑21例。魂9例中紫维型(BD型)36例,l喘息型
