本文对经海口口岸入境的土耳其变质面粉进行了霉菌分离及产毒情况分析。15份样品均检出了霉菌,污染率100%;平均霉菌计数为1.2×10~3~4.4×10~5个/g;并分离出霉菌4属13种。毒性试验结果,其中黄曲霉、寄生曲霉、杂色曲霉、棕曲霉、构巢曲霉、木贼镰刀菌和烟曲霉为产毒霉菌;黄曲霉毒素B_1(AF_(B1))测定:变质面粉含量为5PPb 和10PPb,严重变质面粉>10PPb,黄曲霉培养物中竞高达500~2000PPb。根据中华人民共和国食品卫生法(试行)的有关规定,对已发霉变质的3800吨面粉,作出了禁止食用的处理决定。
In this paper, the Turkish metamorphic flour entering the country via the port of Haikou was analyzed for mold separation and toxin production. The molds were detected in all the 15 samples with a contamination rate of 100%. The average mold counts were 1.2 × 10 ~ 3 ~ 4.4 × 10 ~ 5 / g, and 13 molds belonging to 4 genera were isolated. Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus parasiticus, Aspergillus versicolor, Aspergillus oryzae, Aspergillus nidulans, Forsythia coli and Aspergillus fumigatus were the toxigenic fungi. The aflatoxin B1 (AF_ (B1) 5PPb and 10PPb, severely deteriorated flour> 10PPb, Aspergillus flavus culture competing up to 500 ~ 2000PPb. According to the People’s Republic of China Food Sanitation Law (Trial) of the relevant provisions of the already moldy 3800 tons of flour, made a ban on food processing decisions.
