本文初步研究了多效唑对小麦的形态和生理效应及大田应用技术。多效唑有抑制小麦胚芽鞘、地中茎和株高的效应,并可增加单株分蘖和提高分蘖成穗率,有利于培育壮苗、壮株和防止倒伏。多效唑可提高小麦植株的生理活性,使茎叶含氮量和叶绿素含量增加,这种生理优势可一直维持到成熟。浸种和根施的适宜浓度为50~100PPm;叶面喷洒浓度以100-200PPm为宜;浓度过高,抑制过甚,对生长不利。
This article preliminary study of the effect of paclobutrazol on the morphological and physiological effects of wheat and field application technology. Paclobutrazol inhibited the coleoptile, mid-stem and plant height of wheat and increased the tillering of individual plants and increased the rate of tillering to spike, which was good for nurturing strong seedlings, strong strains and preventing lodging. Paclobutrazol can enhance the physiological activity of wheat plants, nitrogen and chlorophyll content of stems and leaves increased, this physiological advantage can be maintained until maturity. Soaking and root application of the appropriate concentration of 50 ~ 100PPm; foliar spray concentration of 100-200PPm is appropriate; the concentration is too high, too much inhibition, adverse growth.
