随着边疆内涵和外延的丰富和实践层面的拓展,世界各国对边疆的重视程度急剧加深,边疆问题研究和交流显得尤为紧迫和必要。2013年4月以来,中国西部边疆安全与发展协同创新中心发起并连续举办了34期“西部边疆论坛”。主讲嘉宾主要为海内外长期关注、研究边疆问题的知名专家学者。他们分别从藏疆研究、周边国家关系研究、边疆史地研究、边疆治理研究等角度展示了最新研究成果,为推动中国边疆学研究和完善边疆治理政策提供了思路和观点。本文以34期“西部边疆论坛”为研究对象,对涉及的主要观点进行了述评。
With the enrichment and extension of the connotation and denotation of the frontier, the importance attached by the countries in the world to the frontier has dramatically deepened, and the study and exchange of frontier issues have become even more urgent and necessary. Since April 2013, the Collaborative Innovation Center for Border Security and Development in Western China initiated and held 34 “Western Border Forums”. The keynote speakers are well-known experts and scholars who have long been concerned about the issue of border areas at home and abroad. They respectively showcase the latest research results from the perspectives of Tibetan research, the relations among neighboring countries, the research on the frontier history and geography, the research on frontier governance, and provide ideas and perspectives for promoting the study of borderland science in China and perfecting borderland governance policies. In this paper, the 34 “Western Frontier Forum” as the research object, the main points involved were reviewed.
