教师是从事人类文化传播和共产主义思想传播工作的。因此,必须按照社会主义精神文明的要求,从真、善、美三个方面,努力塑造自己的道德形象,做到有理想、有道德、有文化、有纪律。师德教育影响面很广,对整个社会主义的精神文明建设十分重要。因此,必须重视教师的道德品质教育,提高教师的自身精神文明的水准,更好地提高教育质量。
Teachers are engaged in the dissemination of human and communist ideas. Therefore, we must strive to shape our own moral image from the three aspects of truth, goodness and beauty in accordance with the requirements of socialist spiritual civilization so as to achieve ideals, morals, culture and discipline. The impact of ethics education is very broad, and it is very important to the entire socialist spiritual civilization. Therefore, we must attach great importance to the moral quality education of teachers, improve the level of teachers’ own spiritual civilization and improve the quality of education.
