根据久病及肾的理论,制备豚鼠慢性哮喘模型,进服固本蛋(72天)的致敏豚鼠(致敏28天)Ⅲ级哮喘诱发反应时与对照组相同。对照组的致敏豚鼠血清 C—AMP 含量明显减少(提示肾阳虚的特点),而使用固本蛋后,动物血清 C—AMP 水平明显上升并恢复到正常水平。致敏豚鼠服用固本蛋后,胸腺重量减少,血清(或大鼠血浆)游离皮质酮含量显著增加(属正常生理范围)。结果表明,固本蛋有助于促进致敏豚鼠(或大鼠)丘脑—垂体—肾上腺皮质轴的功能,有助于促进第二信使物质 C—AMP 通过它的生物学作用进一步调节机体的代谢功能,从而证明固本蛋是一种有效的防喘固本方。
According to the theory of chronic illness and kidney, a chronic asthmatic model of guinea pigs was prepared, and sensitized guinea pigs (primed for 28 days) of grade III asthma elicited by consolidating eggs (72 days) were the same as those in the control group. The serum C-AMP content of the sensitized guinea pigs in the control group was significantly reduced (prompting the characteristics of kidney yang deficiency). After using the convalescent eggs, the serum C-AMP levels of the animals significantly increased and returned to normal levels. After sensitization of guinea pigs with contaminated eggs, the weight of the thymus decreased, and serum (or rat plasma) significantly increased the free corticosterone content (in the normal physiological range). The results showed that the solid egg helps to promote the function of the thalamo-pituitary-adrenocortical axis in the sensitized guinea pig (or rat) and helps promote the second messenger substance C-AMP to further regulate the body’s metabolism through its biological effects. The function thus proves that the solid egg is an effective anti-asthma prescription.
