唐山学院法学专业以应用型法律人才的培养为目标,至此,法学专业一直致力于实践教学的研究和探索,如何提升学生的实践能力更是唐山学院法学专业面临的难题。而这一问题的解决与否,直接关系到唐山学院法学专业的办学质量以及法学专业学生专业素质的培养。与此同时,就当前社会的客观情况来看,法律援助制度已成为我国现代社会的一种法律保障制度。但由于我国贫困人口绝对数量大,法律专业人才相对匮乏,寻求司法救助的途径不畅通,国家对法律援助经费投入严重不足等等原因,我国的法律援助制度发展缓慢,不能真正践行法律援助制度的内涵,中国的法律援助急需大量愿意无偿提供法律服务的人士。基于我国特殊国情的需要,高校法律援助服务组织由此而生。鉴于此,唐山学院法学专业将自己的专业培养目标与社会的客观需求相结合,力图构建唐山学院法律援助服务组织,争取实现专业建设和服务于社会的双赢。
At present, the law major of Tangshan University has been dedicated to the research and exploration of practical teaching. How to improve the practical ability of students is also a difficult problem for the major of law in Tangshan University. Whether this problem is solved or not is directly related to the quality of running a law major of Tangshan College and the cultivation of professional quality of legal major students. In the meantime, judging from the objective conditions of the current society, the legal aid system has become a legal guarantee system in our country’s modern society. However, due to the absolute number of poor people in our country, the relative lack of legal professionals, the way to seek judicial aid is not smooth, the state of legal aid funding a serious shortage of reasons, the development of our legal aid system is slow, can not really practice the legal aid system The connotation of China’s legal aid urgently needs a large number of people willing to provide legal services at no cost. Based on the special needs of our country, college legal aid service organizations are born. In view of this, the law major of Tangshan University combines its own professional training objectives with the objective needs of the society and seeks to build a legal aid service organization of Tangshan University so as to achieve a win-win situation of professional construction and service to the society.
