“干社区工作,就是要为居民办实事,办好事!”这是农八师、石河子市红山街道24社区党支部书记兼主任张荣科常挂在嘴边的一句话。今年47岁的张荣科从事社区工作整整10年。他的身上常装着一个民情记录本,上面详细地记录着当天发生的事。谁家有什么困难,家庭情况如何,他都了如指掌。他将手机电话、办公室电话向社区居民公开,他说:“我的时间属于全体居民,大家有困难可以随时找我。”
