目的:探讨卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)的表达水平及其与EphB4的关系。方法:采用免疫组化SABC法检测70例卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织和正常卵巢组织中HIF-1α和EphB4蛋白的表达情况。结果:在卵巢上皮癌和交界性卵巢肿瘤组织中HIF-1α与EphB4的表达水平明显高于良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤和正常卵巢组织(P<0.05),而且与肿瘤的病理组织学分级和临床分期有关(P<0.05)。HIF-1α的表达与EphB4有相关性。结论:HIF-1α和EphB4对卵巢上皮癌的发生、发展具有重要作用,两者存在着一定的协同作用。
Objective: To investigate the expression of hypoxia inducible factor-1α (HIF-1α) and its relationship with EphB4 in ovarian epithelial tumor. Methods: Immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression of HIF-1α and EphB4 protein in 70 cases of ovarian epithelial tumor and normal ovary. Results: The expression of HIF-1α and EphB4 in epithelial ovarian cancer and borderline ovarian tumor was significantly higher than that in benign ovarian epithelial tumor and normal ovarian tissue (P <0.05), but also with the histological grade and clinical stage Related (P <0.05). HIF-1α expression and EphB4 have relevance. Conclusion: HIF-1α and EphB4 play an important role in the occurrence and development of epithelial ovarian cancer, and there is a synergistic effect between the two.
