目的建立一种新的孕中期唐氏综合征风险估计模型,以提高孕中期唐氏综合征产前筛查的效率。方法根据一般孕妇群体与唐氏综合征妊娠孕妇群体AFP MoM值和Free-β-hCG的MoM值分布的不同建立风险估计模型,并与现有模型进行接受者工作曲线(Receiver Operation Curve,ROC)分析比较。结果新孕中期唐氏综合征风险估计模型筛查效率较现有模型有明显提高。结论新孕中期唐氏综合征风险估计模型筛查效率较现有模型有明显提高,该模型值得今后进一步实验验证及优化。
Objective To establish a new model of Down’s syndrome risk estimation in the second trimester to improve the efficiency of prenatal screening for Down’s syndrome in the second trimester of pregnancy. Methods The risk estimation model was established according to the distribution of AFP MoM and Free-β-hCG MoM in pregnant women with normal pregnant women and Down’s syndrome. The receiver operating curve (ROC) analyse and compare. Results The screening rate of Down’s syndrome risk estimation model in the second trimester was significantly higher than the existing model. Conclusion The screening rate of Down’s syndrome risk estimation model in the second trimester is obviously higher than the existing models, and the model deserves further verification and optimization in the future.
