目的:检测上皮性卵巢癌组织中WT1蛋白的表达,探讨其临床病理学意义及在上皮性卵巢癌发生、发展中的作用。方法:采用免疫组化SP法检测正常卵巢组织20例及卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤20例及上皮性卵巢癌20例,上皮性卵巢癌40例标本中WT1蛋白的表达情况。结果:上皮性卵巢癌组织中WT1阳性表达率为57.5%,显著高于正常卵巢组织及卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤(P<0.01);卵巢交界性上皮性肿瘤组织中WT1阳性表达率为45.0%,也显著高于正常卵巢组织及卵巢良性上皮性肿瘤(P<0.01);在上皮性卵巢癌中,浆液性囊腺癌WT1蛋白的阳性表达率(90.9%),显著高于其他亚型(P<0.01)。结论:WT1可能成为卵巢上皮性肿瘤恶性转化和上皮性卵巢癌鉴别诊断的客观辅助指标,并为其诊断及预后判断提供重要参考。
Objective: To detect the expression of WT1 protein in epithelial ovarian cancer and to explore the clinicopathological significance and role in the occurrence and development of epithelial ovarian cancer. Methods: Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of WT1 protein in 20 specimens of normal ovarian tissue, 20 specimens of benign epithelial ovarian tumor, 20 specimens of epithelial ovarian cancer and 40 specimens of epithelial ovarian cancer. Results: The positive rate of WT1 in epithelial ovarian cancer was 57.5%, which was significantly higher than that in normal ovarian tissues and ovarian benign epithelial tumors (P <0.01). The positive rate of WT1 in borderline epithelial ovarian tumors was 45.0% (P <0.01). In epithelial ovarian cancer, the positive rate of WT1 protein in serous cystadenocarcinoma (90.9%) was significantly higher than that in other subtypes (P <0.01). CONCLUSION: WT1 may be an objective auxiliary indicator for the differential diagnosis of epithelial ovarian cancer and malignant transformation of epithelial ovarian cancer, and provide an important reference for its diagnosis and prognosis.
