为了认真贯彻落实中发(1998)17号文件精神,根据自治区“三讲”教育的总体部署,我厅从1999年12月2日起,在水利厅机关开展“三讲”教育,用整风的精神,切实解决领导班子和领导干部中党性、党风方面存在的突出问题,提高领导干部的思想政治
In order to conscientiously implement the spirit of document No. 17 issued by the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (1998) and in line with the overall plan of the three-leveled education in the autonomous region, starting from December 2, 1999, the department conducted “three stresses” education in organs of the Department of Water Resources . With the spirit of rectifying the wind, we must earnestly solve the outstanding problems in the party spirit and party style in the leading bodies and leading cadres and improve the ideological and political conditions in leading cadres.
