目的:研究青蒿酸对转基因西洋参(Panax quinquefolium)冠瘿组织次生代谢物生产的影响。方法:青蒿酸西洋参冠瘿组织培养体系中,共培养2 d,终止反应。产物用色谱法进行分离,根据其理化性质及波谱数据对分离所得的化合物进行结构鉴定。结果:分离并鉴定三个羟基十八碳烯酸类化合物,分别为:9,12,13-三羟基-10-十八碳烯酸(1)、11,12,13-三羟基-9-十八碳烯酸(2)和11-羟基-12,13-环氧-9-八碳烯酸(3)。结论:青蒿酸作为一种植物激素可诱导西洋参冠瘿组织培养体系中13-脂氧合酶的表达。
Objective: To study the effect of artemisinic acid on the production of secondary metabolites in the crown gall of Panax quinquefolium. Methods: Artemisinic acid ginseng tissue culture system, co-cultured 2 d, termination of the reaction. The product was separated by chromatography, and the structure of the isolated compound was identified based on its physicochemical properties and spectral data. Results: Three hydroxy octadecenoic acids were isolated and identified as 9,12,13-trihydroxy-10-octadecenoic acid (1), 11,12,13-trihydroxy-9- Octadecenoic acid (2) and 11-hydroxy-12,13-epoxy-9-octadecenoic acid (3). CONCLUSION: Artemisinic acid as a plant hormone induces the expression of 13-lipoxygenase in the Tissue Culture System of American Ginseng.
