目的:评估北京市各区县社区医疗功能发挥情况,分析发挥差异的原因,并给出对策建议。方法:秩和比法。结果:社区医疗功能发挥水平等级为优的包括海淀、通州与大兴;等级为良的包括顺义、延庆、门头沟及朝阳;等级为中的包括西城、房山、石景山、丰台、密云、东城和平谷;差为昌平及怀柔。结论:提升社区医疗服务质量和推进社区医疗资源均衡布局等方面的对策促进北京市各区县社区医疗功能的均衡发挥。
Objective: To evaluate the status of community medical functions in all districts and counties in Beijing, analyze the reasons for the differences and give some suggestions. Method: Rank sum ratio method. Results: The levels of superiority of community health care functions included Haidian, Tongzhou and Daxing; the rankings of good include Shunyi, Yanqing, Mentougou and Chaoyang; the middle grades included Xicheng, Fangshan, Shijingshan, Fengtai, Miyun, Dongcheng and Pinggu; Poor for Changping and Huairou. Conclusion: The countermeasures to improve the quality of community medical service and to promote the balanced layout of community medical resources are to promote the balanced development of community medical functions in all districts and counties in Beijing.
