本文介绍最近研制并在首钢带式输送机上进行工业性试验的自动闭锁液力偶合器。这种偶合器可使带式输送机在起动过程或过载情况下具有限矩型液力偶合器的特性;当带式输送机在额定工况高速运行时,因有自动闭锁装置,它能自动变为机械传动,提高效率,具有显著的节能效果。文中主要介绍自动闭锁偶合器的结构、工作原理以及静态、动态特性试验情况。
This article describes the recently developed automatic latching fluid coupling for industrial testing on Shougang belt conveyors. This type of coupling allows the belt conveyor to have the characteristics of a torque limiting hydraulic coupling during start-up or overload conditions. When the belt conveyor is operating at high speed under rated conditions, it automatically Become a mechanical transmission, improve efficiency, with significant energy savings. This paper mainly introduces the structure, working principle and static and dynamic characteristics of automatic locking coupling.
