医院综合档案管理现已经成为医院管理中一个重要组成部分,医院档案不仅仅包括医院的医疗历史发展资料,同时病历作为最基本的医疗资料,X线胶片等各种检查资料都要进行存档,对于特殊病例的病史也要进行记载和存档。因此加强医院的档案管理具有非常重要的作用。本文将通过分析医院档案管理的现状,提出相应的改善对策,为医院档案管理提供一些建议。
