针对煤炭行业新形势下面临着机遇和困难,以及国家进一步推动煤炭工业信息化和工业化深度融合,山西潞安集团司马煤业公司紧跟形势,积极探索信息化系统建设的新模式。重点分析了司马煤业信息化系统建设途径、系统流程设计、数据中心规划、系统整合平台、系统实施组织体系等方面取得的成绩和存在的问题,并根据理论研究和实际情况,分析得出新模式。该模式不仅丰富了管理信息系统建设的理论,也可以从实践中更有效果地促进信息化的建设。
