目的:比格犬具有生物学性能稳定的特点,适用于生物医学研究。文中研究比格犬的解剖学应用特点。方法:选用10只比格犬行游离空肠移植下咽部及颈部食管重建术,对比格犬颈部肌肉、血管、神经等进行详细的局部解剖。结果:比格犬具有颈部肌肉发达,颈外静脉位置表浅且细小,动脉分枝清楚,食管内膜坚韧,抗损伤力较强等特点。结论:比格犬的颈部解剖特征对进一步研究重建颈部组织缺损、颈部器官移植等实验研究具有特殊的应用价值和临床意义。
OBJECTIVE: Beagle dogs have the characteristics of stable biological performance and are suitable for biomedical research. In this paper, beagle dogs anatomical application characteristics. Methods: A total of 10 Beagle dogs were treated with free jejunum transplantation for pharyngeal and neck esophageal reconstruction. The beagle neck muscles, blood vessels and nerves were carefully dissected. Results: Beagle dogs had muscular neck, superficial and small external jugular vein, clear branches of arteries, tough endometrial membrane and stronger anti-injury ability. Conclusion: Beagle dogs’ anatomy of the neck is of particular value and clinical significance for the further study of reconstruction of cervical tissue defects and neck organ transplantation.
