本文根据作者近年来所从事农村供水工程建设方面的一些感受,分别从加强规划设计科学性和合理性、供水工程参与主体的广泛性、建立科学的水价政策和水费征收体系、加强建后管理和建立管理责任制等四个方面阐述了自己的一些观点和建议。
