根据省、地农机局和地区科委的指示,在四川大学、成都农机学院等单位的大力协助下,我厂于去年五月前研制成功了用于取消柴油机水泵机组水泵底阀的SFY系列引射器,八月初通过鉴定。全县柴油机水泵机组实现了无底阀抽水化。该系列引射器(表1)用于195、1105、295和2105柴油机水泵机组,有标准型和高吸程型两种。标准型用于吸程6米以下的水泵,吸程5.4～5.6米时,吸上时间35～48秒;高吸程型用于吸程6米以上的水泵,吸程7米时,吸上时间72秒。经测试,用引射器取代水泵底阀,油耗降低
