目的探析优质护理服务在冠心病患者围手术期中的应用效果。方法选取我院2015年2月至2016年10月期间行手术治疗的120例冠心病患者为观察对象,按照随机数表法均分为两组,即对照组(n=60)、干预组(n=60)。对照组患者施行常规护理,干预组患者施行优质护理,对两组患者术后不良反应发生情况及护理满意度进行统计对比。结果干预组患者不良反应发生率为5.0%,护理满意度为98.3%,相较于对照组患者的23.3%、85.0%,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在冠心病患者围手术期施行优质护理,可显著减少不良反应的发生,提高护理满意度,是一种值得临床全面应用与推广的护理模式。
Objective To explore the effect of high quality nursing service in perioperative period of patients with coronary heart disease. Methods A total of 120 patients with coronary heart disease undergoing surgical treatment from February 2015 to October 2016 in our hospital were selected as observation subjects and divided into two groups according to random number table: control group (n = 60), intervention group (n = n = 60). The patients in the control group were given routine nursing care and the patients in the intervention group were given quality nursing care. The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were statistically compared. Results The incidence of adverse reactions in the intervention group was 5.0%, satisfaction rate in nursing was 98.3%, compared with 23.3% and 85.0% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The perioperative implementation of quality nursing in patients with coronary heart disease can significantly reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve nursing satisfaction. It is a nursing model worthy of clinical application and promotion.
